Position Objectives
Respond to inbound sales requests
Obtain new sales leads
Close sales opportunities
Responsibilities
Find and develop new business opportunities, identifying decision-makers and influencers
Develop accurate and tailored relationships with potential clients.
Develop competitive proposals, with a full understanding of the market and pricing
Effectively manage opportunities throughout the entire selling process
Reach out to leads provided by external sales agents
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying growth opportunities
Document activities in CRM
Interact with legal and talent teams to close opportunities
Skills you have
Advanced Level of English, written and spoken
3+ years of experience working in the technology services industry
2+ years of experience working directly with US clients, developing proposals and presentations, coordinating meetings, and following up on potential opportunities. Demonstrated experience closing sales in new clients and growing existing ones
Strong and relevant network of potential clients in the US
Demonstrated experience closing sales in new clients and growing existing ones.
Full understanding of current technologies, roles and trends.
Understanding of IT staff augmentation business
